Cure This Horrible Cough with Bitter Kola and Honey. Stubborn or chronic cough are sometimes difficult to go no matter how many measures and drugs taken to put an end it. Take this simple steps in regaining your health back again.

BITTER KOLA (Garcinia kola)

Garcinia kola or bitter kola is a tree that grows in the rain forests of west Africa. The fruit, seeds, nuts and bark of the plant have been used for centuries in folk medicine to treat ailments from coughs to fever. According to a report from the Center For International Forestry Research, garcinia kola trade is still important to the tribes and villages in Nigeria. As with any herb, never consume garcinia kola without first discussing its use and benefits with your physician, especially if you are currently being treated for other medical conditions or are on any medications. However, Bitter Kola is known as an effective agricultural produce in the treatment of cough, tuberculosis, diarrhea and other bacterial infections. “When food is suspected to be contaminated by bacteria, chew bitter kola immediately after eating, it works as anti or against any occurrence of  any infection or poisoning.

Honey on the other side helps to fight against bacteria, boost immunity,  energizes our body and promote healing.

Despite the various health benefit of these wonderful herbs, my emphasis here is a cure to persistent and stubborn cough that refused to heal.
