What Do I Do To Reduce Excessive Accumulation of Fat In My Body

Obesity is the excessive accumulation of fat in the body.

There are numerous factors that can lead to obesity but the major factor of them all is poor lifestyle. Just by eating processed foods high in fat or eating over sized food portions or lack of physical exercises and excessive drinking. Also genetic factors and hormonal problems can contribute to accumulation of excessive body fat.

 Natures have effective remedies that can help in reducing the risk of developing obesity. In all the numerous solutions, three of its remedies top the list.  They are as follows:

·         Aloe Vera gel

·         Green tea

·         Lemon juice

Aloe Vera:

The Aloe Vera has been one of the most effective ways of treating obesity because it stimulates metabolism, increase energy consumption and burns unused fat in the body. It also helps in removing toxins from the digestive system and colon.

Preparation:

1.        Peel two fresh Aloe Vera leaves and scoop out the pulp

2.       Blend it along with one cup of citrus juice(i.e. orange or grapefruit juice)

3.       Drink this mixture daily for aleast a month

Green Tea

Green tea is another example of nature’s remedy to reduce excessive body fat. A compound found in green tea called the epigallocatechin -3- gallate, helps slow down weight gain.

Preparation:

Drink three to four cups of green tea daily to help reduce obesity.

You can also combine the cup of green tea with ginger, for quick results.

Lemon Juice

The lemon juice is one of nature’s remedies for combating obesity. It’s very effective in detoxing the body and helps the body in burning fat.

Preparation:

1.        Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice and one teaspoon of honey plus one – half teaspoon of black pepper in a glass of water

2.       Drink it in the morning on an empty belly

3.       Do this daily for at least three months.
